Illegal and not worth the gain of 1-2 hp. It'll probably sound like an empty soda can under your car too. Ive seen the one on ebay for quite a while, hmm, could there be a reason for that? IMHO, save your money for a worthwhile mod. Plus, if you have a 97 or newer, you will get a check engine light
