hmm, well for mine: not hard to remove the door panel from the door. some screws by the speaker, the door handle etc. once you have the door panel off.. for me: i have to cut off the plastic "rivets" to remove the armrest part. then pull off the cloth(or i guess you could leave it i'm not sure) apply some adhesive, wrap with new material. stretch and pull tight, trim excess, put panel back together with self threading screws(gonna need to be fat and short to thread into the plastic cylinders which used to be the plastic rivets we cut the tops off earlier) and washers. then reinstall the door panel.

i'll be doing this in the next week or so. and i'll deff take pics.
