No personal experience here so take it for what it's worth, but I've been told by a bunch of friends that it's because they do a quick job that ends up pealing and cracking within 6 months or so. Again this is info I'm been TOLD about and have no experience on. But to me that cheap of a price compared to pretty much anywhere else that paints sounds a little too sketchy to me.
