3. I have an oil leak coming from the rear turbo, should I take off the turbos and service them or should I order me 2 16g/ 20g turbos instead?
4. I also have a sputtering problem when I'm at WOT could I be detonating I've also have been noticing that I oil deposites around my exhaust tips.

Also when I'm at WOT it feels like I'm dragging a few extra 1000 pounds its hard to describe, its like my car doesn't acclerate as fast as it use to I've only have had my car for about 2 1/2 months its got about 119,200 miles on the engine I have noticed that the engine it self it getting alittle on the hot side and it takes forever to cool down. Any help would be greaty appreciated.
1. Probably have an electrical problem somewhere
2. Yes, www.3sxperformance.com but aftermarket motor mounts will not benefit AWD cars like they do FWD cars, because shot motormounts create wheel hop which hurts traction on the front wheels, but you want as much weight going to the back as possible
3. Your turbo is leaking oil, time for a new one. From what your talking about 16g and 20g, your talking about td05 which are dsm turbos, you can upgrade to td05 but its not a direct bolt in. There are plenty of options for td04 turbos though, you have the 13g's, 15g's, 17g's, WRX 13t's (a popular upgrade and flow equivalent to 15g's, and will probably only cost $800 for both turbos, integration kit, and labor to make them directly bolt on), then there are the ever popular DR series, and the GT pro series
4. Your sputtering problem at WOT is probably spark blow out, get some nice copper NGK spark plugs and try gapping them down a bit, if you have new plugs in, try regapping them. Also, some better wires can't hurt either.

As for the engine, looks like your close to 120K, if the 120K service has not been performed, its time for a new waterpump and timingbelt right away. If your car feels slow, it could be because your boost solenoid is broken, which was the case in my friends 92 vr-4, instead of boosting 9 psi like first gens normally do, your probably boosting 6 psi which is wastegate pressure. Here's a cure, invest $18 on a proboost manual boost controller, $30 on an aftermarket boost gauge, you can get a mounting cup for like 8 bucks to mount on your steering wheel column, or if you want to mount it on your a-pillar, you can get a pod for around $25, and then once you install all that, you can turn your boost up to 14.5 psi. And also, another thing, your car will begin to feel slower as you get used to the power, proof? go drive a slower car and you'll see what i'm talking about.
