First off, unless you're motor has a larger crank (i.e. 3.75" stroker crank as opposed to the 3.48" stock stroke) you're not a stroker with a .060" overbore. But you are at 360ci now, 10ci helps out.

If your pistons, rods & crank are forged, add the juice and/or the boost. Lots of racers go straight for an over bore on the block. Add's more displacement, thus more power.

If you're running stock style oversized pistons, you can run a small shot of nitrous or small amounts of boost. Forged internals are your best friend.
