Probably is water in the distributor. Remove the cap, spray some WD-40 in there, and i would recemmond raplacing the cap and rotor anyway. They're only about $12 combined. Change your oil! If you drive through a really deep puddle, it's always possible that some water may have leaked past your main seals in the engine. They're only designed to keep thick oil in, not thin water out. Water can destroy engine bearings, and your oil pump.
