If there isn't a red reset switch in the panel, or even if there is, you can reset it using the gas pedal.

Turn the key to the on position which is when all the lights and dings start going on. When the change oil light is on, press the gas pedal down 3 times within a 5 second period. the light will flash a few times then go off. You cna then turn the key back to off and then restart it and the light should be off after that.

When you reset it using the red button in the panel, Turn the key to the on position, hold the button in until until the light flashes and sometimes you will hear a series of beeps. that will signify that it is reset.
