You sure its a bent frame if you a wheel alignment is not going to help and I doubt you can get a frame alignment for $100. If you can do the frame and you should be good to go. You could have bent a-arm or strut rod if thats all it is you can go to the local J/Y and pick one up for little or nothing off any 4th gen civic 2dr, 4dr, or rex there all the same size.
