HISTORY LESSON:
there are two kind of rice.
a. the burnt, and overcooked smelly rice. (i'm sure you don't want that)
b. the medium well boiled yummy rice with clean shinny surface. cooked just about right. (now that's well done and yummy)
it's ok to be a ricer. in fact.. i am proud to be one. after all.... i AM asian and my rice is nicely modded IMO. and i don't think the term Ricer was eve meant to be racist.

at least not that i know.
