Simple. Check the fuse. Is it blown? Use a test light. Is it getting power? If okay:
Check the flasher unit. (round cylunder about 1 x1 inch, usually found on the fuse panel). Swap in another one that you know works and see if that makes a difference. If not, is it getting power?
Check the bulbs, and the ground wires for the bulbs. If a lightbulb is burned out or a wire is bad, sometimes that makes all the lights on that side not work. However, if nothing works, it may mean you have bulbs burned out on both sides.
Otherwise, you have a wiring problem.
