I unscrewed 2 bolts ant that thing fell down.
I read in another post about this resistor, so I bought it before hands (resister and blower for $75 together).
So, I screw the new one to that hole, but as I mentioned it is not plugged or connected to anything, and my hand did not find anything in that hole to connect to.
I know, something is wrong in that picture, but what?

there has to be a wiring harness to the unit......it comes from your control panel...right now I'm at work so I'm going by my memory, which slowly is fading as I get older  ..lol!
