wow well this thread is done before its even begun. I used a favorite tool of my patent lawyer dads, and looked on the US patent and trademark website, uspto.gov, and did a search for patents relating to electricly assisted turbochargers and sure enough it came up, not only does the system exist but there has been extensive experiements some resulting in a 50% decrese in turbo lag ::cheer:: except i guess they are expensive, still sweet though, maybe someone should open a new threw all about electronicly assisted turbochargers
