If you have the installation manual it will tell you the wire that is intended to go to the ebrake. I have not installed a Kenwood in a while but it is most likely a negative trigger. If that is the case you just need to disconnect that wire from the ebrake and ground. If it is positive trigger then it will need to go to a switched 12v source. But verify with your install manual.
