What year is the B16? It could be an OBD0 and your current engine is a OBD1, If so.. then just get an OBD1 ECU, or you could probably get a conversion kit. On my B16 i didn't even hook up the 2nd O2 sensor. I know there are 3 wires for the VTEC and there is also a wire for the knock sensor. Other than the wires the engine bolts right in. You will need a longer hose, for the hose that goes from the top of the radiator to the engine. You might be able to make your old hose work...Will you be using your B18 engine harness?? It might also make your life easier if you switched your fuel injectors from your b18 to the b16. I had to do this because my wiring harness would not plug into the B16 injectors. I also used my B18 distributor on my B16 as well because my B16 distributor was crap. A lot of stuff depends on wheather or not you will be using your old wiring harness or not.
