The Cars are cheap in the Middle East because they are stolen!
I own a modified R34 GTR in England, so am not talking BS.
Several English owners of GTRs who bought cars in the Middle East (Dubai etc) have had them confiscated by the police since they are stolen in Japan.
Think about it - why else can they be sold for half the auction prices in Japan.........
