ok, been a while trying lots of hinge designs and have finally managed to get a satisfactory movement.

two different sleeves to hold door onto body because of the akward door shape.
also, the curves of the body made the first hinge 'unstable'.
not sure of you can see it clearly.
will try to get a little drawing of this later...
kinda screwed up the panels.
had to remove a lot of the platis until the leading edge was very thin so that the door could clear the body when it swings open.
now i just got to finish the other door and make a start on the interior....
