Re: Do I need a mask if I am using Acrylic Paints ?

Yes, always wear a RESPIRATOR. not a mask!
go to any home supply store like home depot and buy a 3m respirator with the cartrages that attach to the outside of the mask. costs around $30, but is well worth it when it saves the headaches.
Acrylic paints are not bad, but always better to form good habbits than bad ones. A respirator will be a very good investment b/c you will find that acrylic paints are very good but will not serve you in every case. You will eventually use all kinds and then you will definately want that respirator.
