i have a 94 inpreza that had two speakers when i got it i replaced the front two and put two in the back. if your car is the same as mine then you just need to use the template that comes with the speakers to cut out the particle board behind the rear seats. You dont need to make a mounting plate or bracket or anything. It will mount right on the particle board. its a pain in the ass but its not that hard. if your car is not like mine then jsut forget this whole thing
