as long as this is a serious question... i'll reply...

type r is a designation, just like you can get a mustang gt...
integras come in ls, gs, rs, gs-r and type r models...
the type r is the racing spec version, or the highest end version that is designed to hit the track. that is what most honda type r cars are...

ford uses the same r designation on the mustang cobra r, losing the type, but it is basically the baddest version you can buy...

the r basically stands for racing.


on the second question, turbos and s/c's force more air into the motor... more compression(boost) means more power...
turbos are driven by exhaust gas, which is "free" power, while a s/c is engine driven via a belt or gear. there are different types of each, with their own dis- and ad- vantages...
