Well, I don't know if the circuit is a normally open or normally closed in 4th gens. I will guess and say that it is normally closed like most cars are. Use a regular 12v relay (5 pin). The pins on the relay is numbered as follows and this is where you need to wire it.

#85 (-) trigger from remote start, #87 to 12v+ constant or 12+ when ignition is on, #30 switch side of clutch, #87a to car side of switch.

This will result in the circuit opening when the remote start energizes the system. If you need a (-) to the clutch wire, then take #30 to ground and #87 to the clutch wire.

Hope this helps. Also, I would find the safety nuetral switch. Every manual car I have seen has had one. This is the key to NOT have the car accidently take off. If you don't do that, then you could wire a motion sensor that can monitor the vehile moving. This way if it starts to take off, the sensor will shut it down.
