If you drag race, then I would recommend them, also Urethane, motor mount inserts or hard rubber inserts are a must for drag racing, will help elimintae wheel hop.

I personally would never do urethane, because of my climate here. It rains, snows, hot, freezing cold, and the urethane needs to be lubricated, or they do nothing besides act like a piece of cement.

So think about that. Offers performance benefits, but not practical in harsh climates. That is why I am a big fan of hard rubber, the best of both worlds, you don't have to lube them all the time and they are stiffer than the soft rubber, while offering some flex in parts which is still important.
