dude, i dont knwo about hondas, but if you have non-captive brakes its easy. save the 50 dollars.
go to the dealer, get a stud and lug for about 5 bucks tops.take the wheel off, and caliper(oh shit, do you guys have drums? still wouldnt be to bad). hammer the stud backwards, insert new stud through the back of the hole. screw the old lug on there, and use it to pull the stud into place. its ok if you screw a hole right through the lug, having the stud securely on there is more important, and thats what the new lug is for. if you could find a regular nut that fits on the stud, then your even better off.
