You could always do what I have done and buy you some good brake cleaner a scotchbrite pad and a couple cans of paint to match the car (or not). Cleaning them is the key to getting the paint to stick to them good.Mine look awsome but ive got them mostlly covered up with factory rims.While you are at it tuck some news paper in around the strut boot and fender well and paint the springs and struts.Once it dries take out the news paper.And Paint the wheel wells black,then go back with some clear coat and give everything a few light coats or like i do till it runs out.
