On mine, I think it's a wiring problem in the VIC. Every time it beeps, I tap the VIC and it stops. It's annoying, and it only happens when I run my jeep for 1~2 hrs or so. When the indicator comes on for the 4wd switch, the vic also says I don't have wheels
