Re: Problem on windy days
I would reccomend that you first check that your tires are inflated correctly. There are three things that you can do that will fix this problem:
#1 Bigger/Wider tires
This would allow for a wider stance and more rubber in contact with the road which in turn would stablize your car.
#2 Lower your car
Lowering your car will make it have less of a drag and not be as prone to being influenced by wind. Look at the Explorer and similar SUVs they have horrible wind problems. This can be used in conjunction with #1 and #3.
#3 Better Tires
Check the current type of tires that are on your vehicle. I would bet that they are even below T rated tires. Investigate T or even H rated tires. They allow for a different type of tread on the tires and provide more control and balence for your car. This can also be used in conjunction with #1 or #1 and #2.
