i cant say exactly how they are crushed as i have never crushed them before, but i will have mine crushed this summer as one of my big DSM buddies knows all about it and says its easy to crush, and works very well too.

i've seen some go for pretty cheap on ebay, last time i looked, there were a few for like 10 bucks, but if you cant find any on ebay, then try www.dsmtrader.com
