Ok 1st things 1st, the idiot you raced knew NOTHING aboutht he vehicle he was driving, the 350z is a 3.5 liter V6 287 Hp engine the 04 Accord is 3.0 liter V6 240 Hp, the 350z does not come factory with any force induction, The only current Twin Turbo setups are NOT cheap Top Secret 10k, Power Enterprises 7k, Greddy 5k, and a supercharger from stillen and prochager from C1, if the guy had been twin turbo he would have KILLED you right of the line, i should know i own a 2004 V6 Accord coupe M/T 6 speed, and my girlfriend owns a 350z also M/T 6 speed, she has only beat me by 1/2 a car length, granted she is a pretty good driver, but remember the 350z is a Sportscar, the Accord is a Sport Sedan, meant more for sport luxury, also the 350z has much closer gear ratio and a wider wheelbase so its wider rims/tires and lower center of gravity will give it a better launch, usually FF cars have slightly lower performance than FR cars, unless you tune yours, you may want to look up Injen, and AEM they both make Intakes giving you about 13 to 18 hp gain AEM is better that is what i now have, as for headers there are NONE the exhaust manifold is connected to the block somehow, you would have to do some cutting and EXPENSIVE fabrication, as for exhaust try customizing, buy some universal exhaust you like and get mandrel bent pipping, i don't recommend anything bigger than 2.25 inches, (you will lose HP unless you are turbo or Supercharged) the only company im familiar with that has exhaust built for the v6 accord is Greddy, around $1,100.00 unknown HP gains. Don't feel so bad, about getting beat even a shitty driver can beat you in a car with much more hp than yours, there is a 37 hp diff and lets not forget torque,..

P.S the V6 accord DOES NOT come in twin turbo setup either, if you had your tranny would have blown to bits without ONE HELL of a torque converter and tranny $ oil cooler,NO ONE and i do mean NO ONE is currently working on such a thing, believe me i've inquired with all the well known and not so well know companies, comptech is the only company working on a Supercharger & downpipe w/ full exhaust setup, but we will be waiting at leaset 1 yr for a release date,
