BIG UPDATE
I just got back from an interesting day at work. About one hour into work, she came to visit me. I took her aside and i finally got an answer to why she was giving me the cold shoulder. She was leading me on the whole time. She was in a relationship and still had feelings for the guy. I was super pissed, yet i didnt get mad at her. I spoke my mind, and told her that i wasnt going to force her to go to prom with me and that it was on her head for backing out. After that, i took it like a man gave her a hug and let her go. It was the best decision at that time. Im just glad she was honest with me.
After she left, it hit me real bad. I was upset about it and felt sick to my stomache. It was like a swift kick in the nuts. I was down for about an hour, got pissed off at a custumer.
It was about 5:00PM and something happened that ended my depression. Dawn, a member of management team at my work, showed up to get gas. She asked why i was down, and i told her what happened. She reminded me about her daughter (she tried to hook me up with her daughter for prom since Christmas, yet i didnt kno what she looked like, plus im not a fan of blind dates). Dawn showed me a picture of her and she looked hot. Dawn also told me that she was going to ask her daughter to come down to my work to "get some gas" and I would meet her. An hour later, her daughter showed up with two of her friends. All of them were very good looking, however she was the hottest out of the three. We talked for a bit and she wanted to hang out with me on Saturday. I instantly forgot about the other girl that led me on, and i was in a good mood for the rest of the night. It shows that good things happen to good people.
Here is what i know about her. She is a senior at a different school (looks like im going to two proms, good thing im getting my promotion to shift runner at the end to the week and goin to make $8 an hour). I hear from a co-worker who knows her that she is a very nice girl and that is what im looking for in a person right now. And one last thing is that she make my former prom date look like a dog.
