As far as what to go with it is an opinion things I think 3.73's are a much friendly daily driver gear with nice performace gains. Some people think 4.10's are perfectly fine for a daily driver. But some think 600HP+ engines make good daily drivers also, it's all opinion.

You car stock 2.73-3.08 if it's a 5-speed, 3.27 for an auto
Pretty much what he said sums it up, other then 3.73's for standard, 4.10's for auto.
