two things you said have me worried:

a)coolant is lower
b)oil is higher

This means one or both of two things, and neither is pretty.

1)you have a leaky head gasket.
2)you have leaky intake gaskets.

You can repait them yourself, just make sure you can devote a weekend to it. Or a dealer can do it for you.
