So the CX "should" able to handle A/C right? 70hp isn't going to cause me any problem when A/C is on?

Also, I'm not good with cars, so I'm sure I'll need to take it to shops for them to do anything mention above. How much will it cost to swap a D16 series engine in south cali?

Tachometer should be easy to install right?
