Well it depends on what you are wanting to do with the car. Are you wanting a car that looks more professional than another? I would go with the Prelude VTEC if taht is the case. Both cars are great cars and sporty, the prelude is nicer on the inside 97+ anyway than the tegs IMHO. But for a small, light, nimble sporty car the teg is my choice.
