I would just monitor your knock sensor and air-fuel ratios and tune based on that. Since you have upgraded the fuel system, I would suspect that 17-19psi will easily keep your AFRs in a safe range.

You might also want to think about upgrading the stock intercooler because that is a large bottleneck and is not very efficient.
