The AIS (Air Idle Solenoid) is located on the side of the throttle body. The job of this part is to regulate the amount of air that bypasses the throttle plate to control idle speed. If it is only dirty, which is common, then it can be removed and cleaned with an aerosol carburetor cleaner. If the part is defective and needs replacing then you would be better off getting a new one.
The term ISC (Idle Speed Control) is not used with Chrysler vehicles.
