That's cool. Um, you wont gain too much hp, but it depends how much of the exhaust you plan to replace. If you are going with a homemade cat-back system, then you really don't need to replace the cat. But personally if you are expanding the diameter of your exhaust pipes then I'd get 4-2-1 header and a hi-flow cat, and then build the rest.
