Use the term channel instead of port, port is in box building. I suggest getting a mono, or one channel amplifier for one or 2 subs or more. Don't buy A/B amps for subs. Too much draw on the battery. Class D monos are much more efficent. Also you need to know the ohm rating of the amp and the sub.
