Here is some good advice:

First, I would get a Carfax report on it to verify the mileage, wrecks, etc.. Then I would plan on budgeting for a timing belt and water pump change (just to be on the safe side).

I've had two in the past, a 93 and a 94 wagon. They were great cars. I kept them tuned (including transmission!!!) and changed the oil religiously and they both lasted well over 100k. I am currently looking for another one but judging from my luck on checking eBay, you would think that no one drives these things in Texas. I can't find even one that's running and the ones that I've viewed locally have been driven by pigs; nothing at all available in the shape mine were in when I sold them.
