If you're looking for HID simulation bulbs, which are composed of Xenon instead of Halogen, I'd strongly recommend Sylvania Silverstars. A very good, bright, and decent looking set of bulbs for the Camry. They're available at almost all auto parts stores, and they're decently priced. Actual HID kits are very expensive for just headlamps. The last set I looked at came in the "Retro-fit kit" and they were about 400.00. I'd go with the Sylvania Silverstar.
