You've probably heard about this but
www.fxdesigns.com sells front and rear bumpers as well as side skirts for the 2nd gen Cavaliers. Extreme Dimensions sells a complete kit too but it's more like $900. The FX Designs kit you have to buy each piece separately, but the front and rear bumpers are like $380 each. Theirs is quite a bit more expensive, when you get the front and rear bumpers and side skirts it's close to $1100.
Razzi also has body kits but the FX Designs is a little bit more aggressive, so I personally prefer it.
I guess it is your personal preference, hope all my rambling can be of some help anyway.
