turbocharging a car is not a hard thing to do, especially if you're not going to intercool it, yes you can put any type of turbocharger on any kind of car granted you have enough space.. however, you would need a HECK of a lot more stuff than just plumbing.. even boosting at 4 or 5 psi you will need better fuel management, higher flow fuel pump, wastegate(if the saab one doesn't have an internal wastegate) some sort of ignition modification, bov is optional but if u got the money definitely go for it (it sounds soooooooo sweet) a brand new manifold (how bout giving your old headders to me

) oil lines and stuff, and much more...
sorry to ramble on, but i just want you to know you need way more than a few pipes and lines to get a turbo working properly... just my

1988 300zx turbo 5spd. 3" mandrel exhaust, filter, afco rad, e-fan, poly engine mounts, mbc at 8.5 psi, turboxs rfl-h bov, gutted plenum, etc.
blown turbo, under construction.. gt35 coming.
