The first thing you should know is that you're going a very expensive route. It's going to take alot of time and custom work if you're serious about making a monster KA. I'd suggest high compression pistons, titanium valvetrain, lots of headwork, 91-94 KA exhaust cams for your cam setup, upgraded fuel and spark, etc. Go to ka24de.com to find alot of stuff for your purpose.
