Just a FYI the H22A tranny alone weighs 100lbs more than the Bseries trannies. Just an FYI so ya know.
I am with everybody else rebuild, but you need to know what you plan on doing before porting the head. You really need the static compression along with the specs of the cams you want to use and figure the dynamic compression ratio and then tell the head porter that info and he can port it more precisely. But that is if you are going N/A if boost is your thing then you will need to tell them that. The amount and shape that you contour the ports is dependant on what the motor is gong to be set up for.
The biggest thing I think you are going to run into is that you will be able to make a good amount of hp with the B16 but you will still be lacking TQ. I am still working on those calculations for you but I do have to say that if you are not experienced in rebuilding a motor than you should let someone who is do it. This is not like just replacing something that is broken with a part that is the same. There are alot of things that if done wrong will cause drastic falure, and some of these things are very little things but extremely important.
For the tranny rebuild though here is a link to help you out some.
