all it does on an Accord is at part throttle (nothing at wide open when it would actually matter), is pump more fuel into the cylinders and basically waste gas.....it advances the timing a very very small amount. It also depends on how it's installed. If it is installed in PLACE of the IAT sensor, than it can actually hurt performance could potentially cause damage for a lot of reasons. If it is wired in-line with the sensor, then it is potential that it could be too high of a resistance, and cause problems, but it'll likely just waste gas.

All those kids are selling is either a resistor, or a black box with a resistor inside of it. Nothing that fancy, and it wouldn't be so much of a hoax if it actually worked for the cars they sold it for, and if they didn't make it out to sound like it's going to add all this power..

blah blah, anyhow, in the end, don't buy one.
