you will need a p72 ecu. Make sure that it is a obd2 ecu for the 97 motor. you can go to this website they will show you how to tell.

P.S. i bought a brand new ecu from honda when i did my swap. it cost me 550 bucks, so try to get one with the swap or out of a wrecked gsr
