Ok today at tech i was looking around at the TSB's on my 94 and I came across an article that described my problems.... It turns out its most likely the altenator because it says after years of high heat stress the altenator creates less and less power especialy at idle and it described my problems. so looks like i am going to be changing the altenator good thing i have a lift to use. I'll let you know if that was the problem for sure.

Were did you get the diodes to generate 115 because the altenator i bought is only oem?
