The fastest Neon I know of is an 8 sec Neon out of Cali....NOT street legal of course.
Mine did a whopping 17 sec 1/4 mile (gotta love a 3 speed auto tranny), but now that I have seats from an Acura in it.....it will smoke all of you :finger:
