LOL, you dont have to remove the head to roemove pistons. And you dont need to remove the engine.
You can remove all your pistons yout the bottom of your engine, through the oil pan area. You just need to remove the crank, and then pull the pistons out the bottom. And removing the pistons is not difficult at all. The hard part comes during assembly.
