The smell is unmistakeable -- doesn't seem to be the heater core b/c I can smell it under the hood. (oil is clear and exhaust shows no sign of coolant) I've followed the hoses around and inspected them with no luck. It's annoying, especially b/c when we're driving with the heat on, we can smell it. I don't like the idea of my twin daughters breathing it. Any ideas on how to find this? Think the shop would find it with a pressure test? Thanks.

some times the cross over pipe leaks but you can usually see a trace of coolant on the fron of the trans
