Ok, your the closest but still off, They have handhelp programmer's (there are alot of them too hypertech is most popular) for every year 4th Gen F-body except 93 because the chip could be removed. The chip is not removable in 94 + (OBD 1 or 2)cars & you can also program your PCM by buying a OBD 1 Cable that hooks into your computer and buying software from places like www.pcmforless.com which has designed the programs for some of the fastest LT1's, LS1's and LS6's in the world.
