Yeah, there must be something really wrong if the guys @ Honda Tuning magazine who could get a $2500 Integra, B20B with a GSR head ported & polished, headers, hi-flow cat, a Hondata ECU, short-shifter w/ a GSR tranny and still couldn't hit 13's. Go and check out the article.
As for you. If I wanted to hear theory about how to hit 13's I would stand in the parking lot with all the ricers at my school. You're probably just like them. I bet you're the kind of "tuner" who cuts his springs, puts a wing on the back of his car, and puts a loud muffler on the end of a 1 1/2" exhaust piping, along with about 50 stickers and think you gotta fast car. I bet you're one of those guys who drive around town with a f*cked up ass body kit looking like a giant darth vader helmet on wheels, huh. The only thing 13 about your car are stock 13" wheels your still driving on. Fag. Go get your asshole stroked and bored .020 for $10 and maybe you'll be able to run your gay ass down the block in 13-seconds.
